If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason. We do need to receive them within 14 days of deliver to you, and they must be in perfect original saleable condition.

To return or exchange products please email hello@notjustaprincess.co.uk quoting your name, your order number, the product you wish to refund or exhange, and the reason for the return.

If approved (goods in perfect condition) we will process the credit back to your paypal account or original payment method. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.
